Remote IT Support Specialist

Location: Remote.
Type: Part-time.

About the Role:
As a Remote ELV Systems Engineer, you will configure and support various ELV systems, including but not limited to AV, CCTV, Door Access, Lighting Control, Public Address, and BGM. You’ll work closely with clients and our team to deliver top-notch configuration services remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot ELV systems.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project success.
• Provide remote support and maintain system performance.
• Deliver services within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in ELV system configuration.
• Certificates and strong knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and remote working setup.
• Good English communication skills.
